A Few Words About Me

Since 1994, I have worked with individuals and groups struggling with stress, anxiety and stress management related issues.
For over 30 years I have practiced the art of meditation. Additionally, I have received extensive clinical training in mind-body stress reduction, cognitive behavioral therapy interventions, and solution-focused treatment modalities. I also supervise and teach.
My stress reduction work incorporates the use of active, solution-focused stress reduction exercises and lifestyle modification work. I also offer clinical training workshops.
